After a long hiatus The Brathan Series returns in it's second season. The creator, Billyjbradshaw has graced us [TBNS Spoilers] with an interview on the upcoming season and much more. Getting past all the formalities and greetings, I went straight into the questions to get us the answers.

TBNS: So, Mrs. Bradshaw we saw the promo, got a glimpse of what's to come, but tell us, what can we [TBNS viewers] expect.
Billyjbradshaw: Haha. Mrs. Bradshaw. That still sounds a bit funny. Well this season is what most people consider the second season: The dramatic season. As you watch on you'll see how different season one and two are. I mean the first season I basically concentrated only on Brooke and Nathan, and I tried to be very expansive with my backstory. This year, Im going to try and let the video do the talking. I've shortened all my back story to generalizing the main points and letting you guys know what you didn't see but IS happening. That's why I cannot stress how important it is for viewers to read the backstories.

TBNS: Why is it important for viewers to read the backstory?
Billyjbradshaw: Well, first off there are a lot of things I want to come across. Unfortunately, most of the time I only have 3 minutes to say it. I mostly use the three minutes to tell you the things you need to come across. But then there are a lot of others things that you need to know, but I just couldn't fit in, whether it be not enough time or it just didn't fit right with the music or tempo I was going for.

TBNS: On this season then, what would you say the 'tempo' was.
Billyjbradshaw: This season it was more of an angsty tempo, full of rage, bitterness, and sadness. I wanted watchers to shake their head in disappointment at times, be angry with characters, unlike the first season. In the first season you just kinda pine for Brooke and Nathan to come together. This season you can tell I really expanded the view points. First season I zoned in on Brathan not really giving much attention to Lucas or Haley. So you can say this season was more about pulling them into the story.

TBNS: Then we'll be seeing more of "Brooke obsessed" Lucas, and "Pinning for Nathan" Haley?
Billyjbradshaw: Haha. Uh, yea. I guess you could say this season is more of a "Brooke Obsessed" Lucas centered. I really zero in on him and I did this for a reason. I mean, on OTH Lucas has been the 'good guy' and that really pissed me off. I mean he cheated on Brooke but most people felt he was justified. Twice he hurt Brooke and twice people still were on his side. On TBNS I really paint Lucas dark. Of course all dark characters are redeemed but he's someone I just wanted to pull through the mud.

TBNS: Well now that you're wrapping up this season, how do you think you did?
Billyjbradshaw: Well the beginning is kinda rushed. Okay it is rushed. The first three episodes were just...slapped together...I wanted to hurry to get it out. By the fourth episode I began taking my time, really using the effects effectively.

TBNS: What would you say is your favorite episode this season? Billyjbradshaw: Hmmm...favorite...I guess that would be 'Perfect Denial'

TBNS: What goes on in that episode?
Billyjbradshaw: Well I guess since this is the spoilers, it wouldn't hurt. Basically 'Perfect Denial' is the episode where Lucas begins dating Brooke. You get a glimpse of the agony that Nathan is going through as well as the lie Brooke has put herself in. You can see from this episode the feelings between Brooke and Nathan are still there. It's just really angsty.

TBNS: Well thank you for the interview Mrs. Bradshaw and we wish you the very best with your husband.
Billyjbradshaw: Thank you.
